RSS widget for displaying posts for 1 author (out of multiple authors)

Ok, I figured out how to do configure the RSS feed widget to display titles by 1 author from another blog where there are multiple authors:
http://yourblogname.wordpress.com/author/authorloginname/feed/
Misty Look template doesn’t offer bulleted RSS title lists (which is what thirdwavecyclingblog and cyclewriteblog is based on). But Twenty Ten template does.
