RSS widget title link

  Sorry – I’m new to this so I may be asking for the impossible here.

  I want to add an RSS feed from patientopinion.org.uk filtered to show specific results.
  I’ve tried the widget in the side bar. The results are filtered correctly and I’m really pleased with that. But the title of the RSS widget makes it link to my homepage rather than their site (which would make more sense).
  I’ve tried using other feeds and they seem to work ok (they do link to another site) – so it must be something to do with the link I’m using?

  Is there any way to force the title either to link to their site (ideally to a page with the filtered results), or to not be a link at all?

  And, is there any way to make the individual items link to the original item on their site?
