Rtl question

  I’ve been playing with different themes today to see which one/s I like the best and under “Vigilance” I found something called “rtl”. I can’t find anything in the written material explaining what this is. So can someone tell me what “rtl” is and what I might want it for/what it’s used for?? Thank you for your help and time.

  Am hoping someone can help me figure out what one of the customizable features are that is called “rtl” on the themes. It’s listed under the Vigilance theme as well as others. All help is appreciated.
