RTStuff domain name

  Hi there,

  I am hoping to use the domain name ‘RTStuff’ for my website. I have used this name for sometime and I reserved the name with you. When I am trying to sign up to use it, it’s telling me the name is taken but I can’t access it. Please could you help?

  Are you talking about this site/URL?

  It was created on May 11, 2012, and It is empty: no pages, no posts….

  Yes, that’s mine, I have just never actually done anything with it.

  You need to use the correct user & password with which you created the site.
  https://rtstuff.wordpress.com/wp-admin

  If you don’t remember them, you can reset the password or follow the instructions….

  I don’t think I use the email address I originally signed up to RTStuff with. Is there anything I can do to verify that this is my account and then gain access to it again?

  You can use the Account Recovery Form:
  https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
  (but you must prove that you are the owner of the site)

  Hi there,

  There’s not much I can do besides repeat what @galois has said at this point. You will need to have access to the email address you used to create that account to reset the password, or otherwise you’ll need the activation link that was sent to you when you created the account. We cannot give you access to the account unless you’re able to verify your ownership via these methods.
