Rude emails from wordpress.com! How to deal with non-reply emails from them?

Hi there, staartmees is not staff here, they are a WordPress.com user like yourself. They volunteer some time to help folks here and we very much appreciate them for that.

Creating multiple threads after receiving that answer does not result in a different solution, so please follow the instructions in that reply.
