  hello,
  I want to write about PTC websites and other ways of making money online. Is it ok to add links to the websites I am mentioning or is that forbidden? what about short links? or referral links? or site banners? I am new to wordpress and I dont want to break any rules .

  Blogger-initiated advertising, eg banners, is banned here and will get your site suspended. PTC is banned here, as is promoting it. Your blog will be suspended if you write about it.
