Run WordPress.com App from terminal

  Hi there,

  installed a fresh Ubuntu 16.04 LTS and the WordPress.com Desktop App and would like to run it as a command from the Linux terminal.

  Tried to look for the name of the executable file following these instructions.

  While the name of the executable should be wpcom, I cannot get it to work (‘command not found’).

  Any directions how I can get to what I want? (like where lies the WordPress.com executable in the Linux filesystem, or setting file permissions, …).

  The desired result will be that the app opens if one types ‘wpcom’ or whatever in the terminal.
