    I cannot find my website and WordPress does not recognise me anymore so I cannot login to it.
    My username was (email visible only to moderators and staff)
    It does not recognise it anymore. The old website that has disappeared is http://www.runfest.london .

    Hi there,

    The domain, runfest.london, does not have any connection to WordPress.com.

    That domain is registered with GoDaddy.com, and appears to be hosted by Namecheap.com. At the moment that domain doesn’t appear to have any IP address assigned, which is why it won’t load. You’ll need to contact Namecheap for help fixing that, as they control the domain’s DNS.

    You’ll be using the open source WordPress.org software on that site, which is not the same thing as WordPress.com. You can find general support for that software here:
