RUNNING A .NET WORDPRESS, HOW TO INSTALL PLUGGINS?
-
Hello,
I bought my own WordPress domain http://www.dicere-wakab-net.
Now I need to install some pluggins, but I don’t know how to do it. I mean, how can I manage my WordPress from my Mac OS? What do I need to do??
Another question is, once I manage to do it, will I be able to access to the WordPress from any computer??
Thank you so much.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

There is not FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs as we cannot install plugins. Plugins can only be installed on WordPress.org self hosted blogs.

Please read this very carefully > http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ -
But I do pay 18€/year to have this http://www.dicere-wakab.net domain, so it’s not free. Doesn’t it mean that I can use pluggins then??
I’m really lost. Thank you so much.

No
Hosting is still free – you are just paying to change the domain name
-
So what do I need to do to change it? Is there a way to do it still? How much does it cost??
-
Your blog and your hosting are free of charge. You paid for a domain name and domain mapping to your .wordpress.com blog and that’s what you got – nothing more and nothing less. See here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/#important-notes-before-upgrading
To have plugins you need to hire a web host and set up a WordPress.org install.
To locate a web host see here > http://wordpress.org/hosting/
To move your content into a WordPress.org install see here >
http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/As you’ve registered your domain through WordPress.com you can point it to a blog or website hosted elsewhere by updating the nameservers.

OK, I will try it then.
The last question is, if I manage to do it, will I be able to access to the blog from any other computer too?? Simply logging in from http://www.wordpress.com?
Thanks.

You may bot have to move at all. Please tells us what are these plugins that you think you need for? What do they do?
-
For example, I would like to have the Wordress linked to Facebook, so all the posts are published in our Facebook wall at the same time.
-
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate.
If you move to a WordPress.org install you will not log-in at WordPress.com.
Wordpress.org installs have more not less ability and more not fewer ways to autopost to social networks. -
And is there a way to have my WordPress in my Facebook Fan Page?? I’ve read about applications like “Page Press”, but it needs a pluggin to be installed in WordPress too.

Try reading the support documents – does wonders
