Russell Dark Theme Toggle

Hey, I’m trying to redesign my website, and want to apply the Russell theme.
However, I can’t seem to find a switch to toggle Dark and Light Themes for it?
Since the new Editor came out, several options seem to be missing from the overall Customizer, and this is one of them. Not sure how to turn my website into a Dark Theme, other than to manually change the background colour of every single element in every single page and post – which is naturally, an absurd amount of time to spend on something so simple.
