Russell theme installation

  Hi! I am trying to install the Russell theme onto my site. I’ve not installed a theme before so I don’t know the process. When I tried to do this, and subsequently clicked on customize, I got a ‘Not Acceptable!’ page!

  I’d love some advice please! Thanks so much!

  rachelannelawton.com is a site hosted with Bluehost and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org), whereas this forum deals with sites hosted through WordPress.com. 

  The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org
