S O S lost website and management of site for updating

I can’t seem to open up our account, and I can’t remember how to get in the back side (change pictures, update information).
My wife set it up years ago, and we cannot remember how or which email address she used at that time. We have been playing cat and mouse trying to open or fix or update my account. Exhausted.
Is there anyone available to assist me or my wife, Teri?

If you are logged in and able to post into the support forum here then you should be able to access https://mbstonemasonry.wordpress.com/ and (depending how long ago domain mapping expired) hopefully be able to renew it from “Manage purchases”. https://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-purchases/

Can you please confirm which site you’re speaking of? The account you’re posting here as owns the site, http://mbstonemasonry.wordpress.com/, so you should have full access to that site both via My Sites and via http://mbstonemasonry.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
The domain, mbstonemasonry.com, used to be connected to that site, but hasn’t been since 2015. If you wish to reconnect that domain to your site, you’ll need to purchase one of our paid plans at My Site ->Plans, which will allow you to add a new domain mapping upgrade to the site. We no longer offer domain mapping as a stand-alone upgrade.

After reading your answer, I paid $48 to upgrade and update my account. I received a receipt.
But I still cannot open my account!!!Then I got a reminder saying no one else can open my account unless I invite them, so I invited my wife, but upon accepting the invitation she received this message—
“Oops, that invite is not valid
You can not use an invitation that you have created for someone else.”What do I need to do?
I am aware that I am a novice at this, that is why I would appreciate your professional advice.
