  Have contacted WP now 6x to correct broken site address button. Which ‘somehow’ malfunctioned when I went premium after 13 years. My attempt to install SEO plugin failed too. Why is it our job to fix WP’s platform? And should I just get a refund rather than deal with WP’s BS?
