Safara can't access post because too many redirects

  too many redirects

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I am a new blogger. I have a personal blog site with posts on different topics. As I learned more about keywords and SEO I realized that I had not structured some posts so as to optimize SEO.

  So I changed the titles and permalinks on two of my posts — and did so too may times, so these posts are no longer accessible!
  adelegould.com/aging-with-dignity and
  adelegould.com/about happiness

  I tried installing the plugin ‘fix multiple redirects’ but frankly I don’t know how to use it!

  How can I fix these two blogs so that search engines can access them?
