Safari blocking my wordpress site

Hi everyone, Safari is flashing my site up as unsafe. Any suggestions on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated. I’ve tried clearing the cache but to no avail.

  • Hi there,

That error message in Safari usually means the browser is unable to connect to the website securely. This can happen if the SSL certificate has expired, is invalid, or the site is using HTTP instead of HTTPS.

The good news is that WordPress.com takes care of SSL for you—it’s free, automatically installed, and even renews on its own. To double-check on your end, follow these steps.

I visited your website on both an iPhone and iPad, and it loaded just fine. According to this SSL checker, your certificate is also valid and the connection is secure.

If you’re still seeing the error in Safari, it might be specific to your device or network.

Either way, let us know what things look like on your end in the next reply.

    Hi there,

Good morning. I hope you’re doing great.

I’ve checked your website, outfossiling.com, and it looks like the SSL is working fine, as shown in the screenshot below. If you’re experiencing the same issue, please clear your browser cache and let me know how that goes!
