Safari on Os Catalina and High Sierra does not open

  I have 2 Macs 2015 and 2012 with High Sierra and Catalina , spend 2 hrs with Apple support tried everything
  This particular Web will not opening on Safari latest version in my Catalina
  Where is the problem ?
