Safari won’t load page with embedded PDFs

    We post our newsletters on our wordpress.com site as embedded PDFs, here:
    https://jumpstartnature.com/category/newsletter/

    Around the beginning of October we started receiving reports that people using desktop/laptop Safari browsers were unable to load these pages. Usually, the PDF embeds would just show grey, and the browser tab would tend to lock up (for example, our dynamic menu’s in the header wouldn’t work).

    Other browsers work fine.

    Any suggestions?

    Hi there!

    I’m sorry to hear that! I just visited one of the latest posts in that category using Safari, and the embedded PDF file loaded without any issues. Would you know if your visitors are still facing issues with this? Are you able to replicate the issue on your computer?

    We might need some help with gathering more information (See here) so that we can troubleshoot the problem. If you’re able to replicate the issue on Safari, would you mind sending us a screenshot and any JavaScript errors you can find following the instructions here?
