safe mode not working

Hello, I cannot access my WordPress via the safe mode link (after critical error), my email keeps getting rejected ‘unknowed email address’. However I can access my account via the normal wordpress website, but my website fiveoceans.coffee is not showing.

Hello there,
This site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
For help with that downtime, you would need to reach out to the hosting provider who may be able to help find the plugin/theme which is causing that critical error.
