  I created this site in January 2017. It is a WP site but I bought my own domain name. The site has suddenly disappeared and I cannot recuperate my data, pages, photos … nothing!

  Hey there, you just updated your name servers today to point to a site on our servers, but that does not seem to be the one that existed before, and the site there is brand new.

  Was the site always hosted here with us, or is there a chance you used another host for that site?

  Ah, I think I may have found the correct site at least: it’s sagaciteeu.wordpress.com instead of sagacitedoteu.wordpress.com, and that is under another account.

  Are you able to log in with the email address that received renewal reminders for that site?
