  First saw the offer for 9.60, to renew for 24.00 per year. Then it shows for only the second amount. How does this Black Friday sale work and can we speak to anyone?

  Okay, I just saw your other thread. If you have an offer for a renewal, it may be unique to the account that received the offer. I did notice this account does not have anything to renew, though. Can you try logging in as that user, then reaching out here?
