  how do I upgrade my free website so I will not have any ads on it or be able to approve ads so an inappropriate ad does not pop up and stop my web site from trying to load cookies ?!
  and this is very difficult not having a person to talk to in real time !

  Click on “My Sites” “Plan” “Blogs and Personal sites”. The Personal plan is sufficient for you to remove all ads from your site (and add a custom domain if you so wish).
  PS: And a paid Personal plan gets you email support with staff. Higher plans get LiveChat support too.
