I am considering upgrade the plan and have a few questions for sales team, can you point me to the right direction to the sales email?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I am wondering if I were to upgrade from free to paid plan:
– Will it support 301 redirect from wordpress subdomain to my own domain?
– Will it support my own domain (not subdomain) while retaining our existing nameservers rather than transferring it to wordpress nameservers?

Yes. We apply that automatically the moment you set a different domain as your primary domain. And should you ever decide to remove the custom domain your site goes back to using the WordPress.com subdomain. Your site content won’t be affected in any way by a domain change.

If you’re mapping a domain you already own we recommend you set the domain to WordPress.com name servers, as that’s the most stable option. If you currently have an email account connected to your domain you can add all the necessary MX and other DNS records here that you need for the email to still work. You can also add CNAME records to create subdomains if you want to have other sites on subdomains of your domain.
However, if you prefer not to change your name servers you can also map your domain here using A-records. Let me know if you prefer this, and I can provide you with our current IP addresses. However, you should be aware that these might change over time, in which case your site will stop working until you update the IPs again.

Yes that would be great if you can provide the IP addresses. Even better if you can provide a domain name to point to, for those who have CNAME flattening on their nameserver, so things will continue to as long as wordpress’s domain is up to date.
And it was great to know that both redirects are automatic and nameservers doesn’t need to be changed over to wordpress, thank you kokkieh!

We don’t have the option to point to a domain, unfortunately; only name servers or A-records.
You will need to add two A-records with these IPs:
192.0.78.24
192.0.78.25
