Salesforce Contact forms plugin – can’t validate connection
-
Hi there,
We’ve purchased the Salesforce plugin – https://redirection-for-contact-form7.com/product/wpcf7r-salesforce/ – and followed all the steps mentioned here – https://redirection-for-contact-form7.com/docs/integrate-contact-form-7-to-salesforces/. But I’m getting an error on WordPress when I’m trying to validate the connection: <>. What could be the problem?

What is the URL of the site you are trying to do this on? We’ll be happy to take a look and see if we can help.

I’m not seeing any WordPress.com sites associated with the user account you are posting from. This frequently means that you have a site using the open-source WordPress software from WordPress.org, but hosted elsewhere.
We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us here at WordPress.com. For help with a WordPress site hosted elsewhere you’ll need to ask over at the WordPress.org forums:
https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
Depending on the level of support that is included with your hosting plan, your webhost’s support team may also be able to assist.
If you want to know more about the differences between WordPress.com and the open-source WordPress software you can read this article:

Hi there! Thanks for getting back to me! The URL is this one – https://semaphoreci.com/.

Thanks for the address; I can confirm your site is hosted with Amazon, not with WordPress.com.
Please refer to what staff-ozmodiar posted above.
You can also try to reach out directly to the plugin developers.
