Salient Theme (slow load on mobile devices)

    I have one page website developed in wp Salient Theme. Website has videos and animations. The performance / loading speed on PC devices is 91 but the performance speed on mobile devices is too slow 53 only. Please advise how do we optimize Mobile devices ?.
