  I am have problems with the user menu. I add a user and ask for email sent, and if I edit something within the next menu the emails stop and I have to rebuild the account. I have contacted Salient twice with no response.

  Hi there,

  I do see that you have an older site on your WordPress.com account (hansend.wordpress.com) when I check on our end, but it seems this is a site you have not used for some time.

  Is it the case that you are referring to another WordPress site that you have through another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?
