It looks like you had a domain mapping upgrade for the domain, salmonfestseattle.com, connected to your WordPress.com site, https://northseattlechamber4.wordpress.com/
That domain mapping upgrade expired because it was not renewed in time. To add it back, go to My Site ->Domains ->Add and select the Map It option. Once you add the mapping upgrade back, the domain should be working again.
salmonfestseattle.wordpress.com does not exist, and have never been registered on WordPress.com. Your free WordPress.com address is northseattlechamber4.wordpress.com
