Salon Plugin Add New Booking not blocking slot on calendar

My WordPress Salon plugin works great for customers who book a slot and pay via paypal from my site, but if a client doesnt have paypal and phones me to arrange the booking, when I add the booking it shows on my daily view and in my google calendar and sends the client an email but it does not reserve that time slot from the calendar which means other clients online see that slot as avaialble and can book it. Currently I am having to use the holidays setting “rules” to block out that time from further bookings but this is time consuming and means I create many “rules” which is over complex. How do I add a booking and ensure that time is then blocked from view preventing new clients from booking the same slot?

Thanks My site is http://www.zentenspa.com I am not wordpress hosted so I guess are you telling me to start again with my query on .org? or can you help. I tried one other thing which was to reduce “assistants” to just myself as there were 2 further theme names in there and I wondered if the salon system takes 3 bookings per hour but that didnt work either. The entire system works except that the slot is still available to book at the front end.

I would suggest posting to the Salon Plugin support forum at WordPress.org. The theme author would be a much better source of help for that plugin.
