I would know if I can change the background color of the picture who is green in black, or simply delate the background, and leave it only in black. Is it possible ! I heve seen two png pictures one in black the other in white.
Finally I want keep this theme but without the green. Thanks by advance for your answer. The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

“background color of the picture who is green in black”
If you want to change images CSS will not help. You need to edit them on your machine and upload.CSS could be used to remove an image.
Not entirely clear what you mean though.

The one exception to the above would be transparent images, where the background would show through where the transparent colour is.

Some things you should know about the CSS upgrade:
Yes, you can preview any changes you want to make before buying the upgrade. Under Dashboard>Appearance>Custom CSS.
For a minor change, like removing the background image, you should only add to the existing style sheet.
You should have some CSS knowledge before upgrading. While there are a very few forum volunteers who have the knowledge to assist with CSS, you are pretty much on your own as this is not officially supported by WordPress.com.

Really, seriously, if you don’t have a basic fluency in CSS, do not buy the upgrade. You’re on your own.
