Same Blog, new domain – none working!

  Hello,
  I received instructions to change the domain of my blog, in the following forum topic,
  https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/same-blog-new-domain-name-1?replies=8#post-2460122%23postform
  however, I checked the blog, after 6 days, and none of the domains work, how can I solve this and have my newly registered domain to be my primary blog, and the old one not preventing it from working.
