Same content (pages/posts) Different URL/Theme ?

    I would like to take the existing content from my website (pages, posts, maybe plugins?) and duplicate them on a new website (new URL, different theme). The new site would have to remain current (match) to the primary site over time. I’ve read stuff on line but feel confused about best approach. Help?
