Same header image appears on two separate pages

I’m trying to change the header image on one of my pages, but when I do, it changes the header image on another page as well. What did I do wrong and how do I fix this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Have you read this support doc Featured Header Images Featured Header Images?
Every theme has a detailed theme description page with set up instructions like this one https://wordpress.com/themes/twentyten/ and a live demo site like this one https://twentytendemo.wordpress.com/

Hello, and thank you for the response. I’m familiar with how use the custom header feature. The problem is that regardless of the header image, these two pages appear to be linked, at least with respect to the header image itself.
Perhaps I messed something up with respect to a parent page somehow?
Thank you for your effort.

Hi there,
Can you please provide the URLs of the two pages as @timethief asked? Then I can take a look for you at what’s going on.

Thanks.
Your Blog page is what is called a dynamic page. You used a static page to create the blog page, but the moment you assigned it as the posts page it became dynamic. Dynamic pages only show the custom header that you uploaded for the theme in the Customizer. Even if you gave a featured image for the blog page, that won’t show as header on this particular page.
The About page is showing the same image because you assigned that image as the featured image for the page. Static pages like this uses the featured image as the header in your theme, even if there is a custom header for the theme itself.
I hope that clarifies what’s going on, but please let me know if you still have any other questions about this :)
