  I search for simsonline.wordpress.com and it says the author has deleted it. When I go to make a new blog it says that url is already taken.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Deleting a site permanently removes it and nobody will be able to re-use its WordPress.com address.

  So, simsonline.wordpress.com will never be available.
