  there is the possibility to apply a plug-in to have the same blog in two languages​​, for ex. ITA-EN?

  No I’m sorry that’s nt possible. You can only set one interface language here > Settings > General There is no FTP access and we cannot install plugins or use JavaScript translation widgets on free hosted WordPress.com blog.
