Samesite cookie updates – WHEN?

  Just wondering WHEN your cookies will all get updated to avoid Chrome blocking them (yes, they ARE rolling out forced compliance now). We’ve been seeing “A cookie associated with a cross-site resource at http://wp.com/ was set without the SameSite attribute.” for YEARS now, and the fix is rather simple: what are you guys waiting for? Cookies with issues: tk_qs, wpc_wpc, _wpndash, tk_tc, _ga, etc.

  This is something that should take a day to fix, how about assigning someone to handle it so that your cookies actually DO something again? Thanks in advance

  Hi @intelliweather2016, we’ve done some work on that where the SameSite attribute is needed, but if you’re running into trouble, could you send more details? We’ll take a look.
