Sample templates/themes not loading properly

    I am trying to find a theme to use for my site but every time I try to enlarge the sample theme templates, the page will not load properly. The photos do not show up and the sample text does not seem to appear so I can’t see what my potential site might look like.

    I have tried looking for the answer to this everywhere but I cannot seem to even find this question being asked. It’s usually a question about installing the template/theme and it not loading there correctly. In my case, I cannot even choose a theme because they won’t load.

    I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

    I do not see any sites under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

    Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
