Sanbox CSS Help

  Hi Guys,

  Its probably just a lack of knowledge thing as I am newish to CSS, but I am going round and round in circles.
  I am using Sandbox and Custom CSS upgrade at http://seanreilly.wordpress.com (http://sreilly.net).
  What I am trying to do is get my header on the left, internal links & content in the middle and external links & footer on the left. Photoshop mock up here http://seanreilly.wordpress.com/files/2009/10/wiw.jpg
  Any help and tips on how to achieve this would be greatly appreciated.
