  I’m just trying to renew my wordpress personal for $35.88 so I can host SanctuaryMarketplace.com (which I own via GoDaddy) on WordPress, just like I previously was. I’m not sure why WordPress isn’t giving me this option on the website, but I did get this option from you guys via email. When I try to click that purchase link now, it doesn’t work. Please help.

  Hi! It sounds like your plan might have expired, so you might need to add a new one to map again. Since this is already tagged with modlook, a staff member will check in to let you know for certain. In general, if a plan expires you need to simply add a new one to your site to map your domain.

  Hi there,

  You cannot renew your personal plan, because it has already been removed from your account since it expired.

  Please go to My Site ->Plans and add a new Personal Plan instead. Once you’ve done that, go to My Site ->Domains ->Add to also add back the domain mapping upgrade that connects your domain to us.
