Sandbox 1.6.1 Sidebar Issue

So I’m working on my blog design in sandbox 1.6.1 and I noticed today that I have an extra search, blogroll, meta, RSS feed widget. If you go to the bottom of this page http://sensico.wordpress.com/2009/08/20/notes-from-the-obama-strategy-meeting-on-health-care-reform/ you’ll see it’s off and conflicts with my comment form. Um, help? how do I remove that?? On “My Widgets” page I only have one search and blogroll widget. And the Meta and RSS widgets aren’t even on there.
On another note, if anyone has suggestions about my header image, that’d be great too :)

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I figured it out, just have to hide the secondary sidebar, either way a second sidebar shouldn’t show up if I removed widgets from it.

It doesn’t work that way. By default if you remove widgets from a sidebar, the software will display the “default” ones. The only way I know to not have any widgets and prevent the software from adding the default ones is by adding an empty text widget.

    HTH
