Sandbox access
-
Hello,
Hope you are having a great day.
My name is Sonya. I am speaking on behalf of the Tapfiliate Customer Support Team. We have a plugin integration with WordPress and currently preparing a video guide for our users in order to demonstrate the whole Tapfiliate x WordPress integration flow. However, I’m now lacking the resources, as I can only install the Tapfiliate plugin after purchasing the paid WordPress subscription.Could you please advise, if it is possible to get access to a sandbox account/free plugin installed on a temporary basis?
Would be grateful for any help, thanks in advance!

Hi there!
To avoid confusion, there are three different “WordPress” at play here:
- The free, open-source WordPress software which powers your website.
- WordPress.org which is the open-source project that works on the WordPress software and where you can get the software for free to use on your own hosting provider.
- WordPress.com which is a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software and with whom you’re contacting now.
Since we limit what you can do with websites here at WordPress.com, you do need a Business or higher plan in order to install your plugin and we don’t offer any developer or otherwise discounted plan for testing purposes.
However, you can install the WordPress software on your own host or even a localhost which might work for your instructional videos.
