  how do i remove the skip navigation from my blog, I am using no stylesheet by nobody
  what ever i have tried does not work.

  On top of my posting appears these comments:
  Skip navigation

  Links
  A & D Food Mkt
  About

  http://www.nysdelight.com

  Please help
