Save & Continue Editing – Problems
-
I STILL can’t edit that post I mentioned 3 comments ago, and although I’ve so far had no problems with new posts, it leaves me nervous about spending a long time on posts in the future. Like people have suggested, from now on I may write them in Microsoft Word before putting them on the post to make sure I don’t lose them.
I must say, for the first time I’ve used WordPress Support, I’m very disappointed. Over 5 days since I contacted them (albeit 2 of those being a weekend), and still no response. And I HAVE been checking Spam mail folders, so that’s not the reason.

Good Grief! I can’t believe that anyone would suggest writing your posts in Microsoft Word http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/11/09/why-not-to-use-word/
See icon 16F http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/05/15/what-do-all-the-icons-mean/Perhaps you are confused. Maybe what someone suggested is that you use an offline blog editor like WindowsLiveWriter. It’s a free download and here’s the link http://windowslivewriter.spaces.live.com/

BTW I use windowslivewriter but I do not schedule posts into the future because I’ve been made aware of the problems with doing so that have existed for some time now.

2 weeks later and I still can’t edit the post, and still no answer from Support – not what I expected the first time I’ve needed help. I’ve already invested in a space upgrade for the blog, but if Support is non-existent the 2nd time I need it too then I definitely won’t be paying for any services from WordPress in the future.

@jtur001
Did you contact support via the support tab or http://wordpress.com/contact-support/ ? -
One thing I would suggest is to start a new thread on this since this one is marked “resolved” and obviously your problem is not resolved.
