Save draft BLOG/autosaving

    Usually when I am working on a draft blog I can save it/see draft saved but this evening I just see ‘autosaving’ flashing permanently, and I can’t view/use the preview tab….

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

    Hi there, usually the easiest fix is to clear your browser cache.
    What I’d suggest:

    1. Copy your draft content and save it elsewhere (eg: notepad or word processor software) to ensure there’s a backup
    2. Exit your draft and clear the browser cache. If you need, we have guides for how to do that in various browsers here:

    3. Head back into your draft and restore from your separate backup as necessary.
