Save Draft – Hangs – Solution

    I was having some issues with a post hanging while “saving draft…” which was kind of annoying as I would lose work.
    On Searching I found this unresolved thread – https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/saving-draft-hangs-1/

    I found a solution.
    If you have this issue, you cannot press the “Save draft” button as it is disabled.
    To change this, right click on it and “Inspect” the element, you will get this
    <input type="submit" name="save" id="save-post" value="Save Draft" class="button disabled">

    Simply select/ double click on the class and remove the word “disabled” and the button will work again. I pressed the button and it hard forced the current revision to the server, overwriting any half saved background process.

    Boom – work saved. Hope it helps you.
