“save” just seems to publish

  How do I save without actually publishing the post I’m working on? Also, where is this mysical “Publish” button? Is this a browser issue? Thanks,

  Use save and continue editing. The publish button will not appear except when you are working on a draft. Save will save either a draft or a published post, depending on the post’s status (look in the “post status” section at the right of the editor window).

  If you have a post that is published, that you do not want published yet, open it for edit and then select “draft” in the “post status” section at the right of the editor window.
