Save local blackberry

  Hi,

  I have an old Blackberry, the Style, model 9670, and when I hit ‘save’ on the WordPress app, saving a poem I wrote today, I accidentally hit the button to its right, which is “Save Local”. I can not find or retrieve this document. I searched on my phone and on the blog itself and it is nowhere to be found. I am freaking out as it was a poem I wrote and everything I have read says that it should be on the device itself but not accessible from the blog/ desktop. I searched my phone though and it is nowhere. Seeking help, 4-1-1, please, thank you, Tara Bowen

  Hi there. I’m afraid we can’t help you with mobile app issues in this forum. The apps run completely separately from the website and have their own support pages on WordPress.org.

  You can find the BlackBerry support forum here: https://blackberry.forums.wordpress.org/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting However, be aware that there is no longer active support for the BlackBerry app as it is using the old version of the WordPress.com app that was dropped almost two years ago, so they might not be able to help you.
