  I accidentally updated a pending post on my phone, which removed everything I wrote on my lap top… is there anyway to get back what I wrote?

  WordPress.com stores different revisions of your posts.

  You can find instructions on how to retrieve past versions here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/editors/page-post-revisions/
