Saved user name and password

  WordPress will not save my user name and password despite ticker the box to save them.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  WordPress will not save my user name and password. Have I missed something important? Until recently WordPress did save the user name and password but a month ago my hard drive crashed and since I restored WordPress will not save those items. Yes I have selected the box to save those details.

  Thanks for your reply “thistimethisspace”.
  No I have not lost my log in details. When logging in, there is an option for WordPress to remember the user name and password. If this option is chosen, WordPress will remember and automatically insert my log in details and take me straight to the Dashboard. No matter how many times I select the “Remember Me” option it does not remember me and I have to re-insert user name and password every time. For the past 2 years it has always remembered me. Until now…
