    Can you tell us what method you followed to download the zip file from your site? Are you trying to export your site to host it elsewhere? Please let us know your overall goals so that we can help you accordingly.

    I also noticed you emailed us asking to restore a recently deleted site. I restored the site for you. You’ll see that on your WordPress.com dashboard now.
