saveing changes forever and nothing happens

  Every time i create my personal touch on a theme and pusch save its says "saveing changes" forever andt it dont stop. Then i close it and loock at my page and it`s still the same as before.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Have you purchased an annually renewable custom design upgrade and is this a CSS editing issue?

  I do not use the theme customizer at all. You don’t need to use it either as every function can be performed from the dashboard.
  Appearance > Header
  Apperance > Background
  Appearance > Theme Options (applicable only to some themes)
  Settings > Reading (set a static front page)
  Site Title and Tagline > Settings > General
