I’m building my Web site it not ready yet what i’m asking is tht when i do a part and do save and publish that mean the web site is already open?? Eeven it’s not finish can i do it one part at the time do a part live and come back and do another part later but still save my change without publising

Your site is already public, yes – if you’d like it to be private you can change your site’s Privacy Settings.
Then you can publish your changes but no one will have access to the site until you are ready!
